Schön, dass du Nalani nutzt. Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App — bitte lies sie in Ruhe.
1. Was Nalani ist
Nalani erstellt mithilfe künstlicher Intelligenz persönliche Affirmations- und Meditations-Sessions aus deinen Eingaben — als Text und gesprochene Stimme. Die App soll dich im Alltag begleiten und Momente der Ruhe schenken.
2. Wichtig: keine Therapie, kein Medizinprodukt
Nalani ist kein Medizinprodukt und ersetzt keine ärztliche, psychotherapeutische oder psychiatrische Behandlung, Diagnose oder Beratung. Die Inhalte dienen ausschließlich der Entspannung und Selbstreflexion.
Wenn es dir akut schlecht geht oder du Gedanken hast, dir etwas anzutun, wende dich bitte sofort an die Telefonseelsorge (0800 111 0 111, kostenlos, rund um die Uhr), an deine Ärztin/deinen Arzt oder im Notfall an den Notruf 112. Nalani kann in einer Krise keine Hilfe leisten.
3. Konto und Mindestalter
Für die Nutzung ist ein Konto erforderlich. Du verpflichtest dich, wahrheitsgemäße Angaben zu machen und deine Zugangsdaten geheim zu halten. Die Nutzung ist ab 16 Jahren erlaubt.
4. KI-generierte Inhalte
Die Sessions werden automatisiert durch KI erstellt. Trotz sorgfältiger Gestaltung können Inhalte im Einzelfall unpassend oder fehlerhaft sein. Sie stellen keine fachliche Empfehlung dar. Bitte nutze die App nicht in Situationen, die deine volle Aufmerksamkeit erfordern (z. B. im Straßenverkehr).
5. Nutzungsrechte
Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, die App und die für dich erstellten Inhalte für persönliche, nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke zu nutzen. Eine Weiterverbreitung oder kommerzielle Verwertung der erzeugten Audio- und Textinhalte ist nicht gestattet.
6. Deine Inhalte
Für die Inhalte, die du eingibst, bist du verantwortlich. Du räumst uns das Recht ein, sie ausschließlich zur Erbringung des Dienstes zu verarbeiten (siehe Datenschutzerklärung).
7. Verfügbarkeit
Wir bemühen uns um eine zuverlässige Verfügbarkeit, können sie aber nicht garantieren. Wartungen, Updates oder Störungen bei Drittanbietern können den Dienst vorübergehend einschränken.
8. Preise und Abonnements
Soweit Funktionen kostenpflichtig angeboten werden, erfolgen Kauf und Abrechnung über deinen App-Store-Account (Apple). Preise, Laufzeit und Kündigung ergeben sich aus der Anzeige im Store. Ein Widerrufsrecht besteht nach Maßgabe der App-Store-Bedingungen.
9. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten (Kardinalpflichten), begrenzt auf den vertragstypisch vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.
10. Beendigung
Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und dein Konto selbst in der App löschen (Profil → „Konto und Daten löschen“). Wir können das Vertragsverhältnis mit angemessener Frist kündigen oder bei erheblichen Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen sperren.
11. Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen mit Wirkung für die Zukunft anpassen, wenn dafür ein triftiger Grund besteht (z. B. neue Funktionen, geänderte Rechtslage). Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir dich in der App.
12. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

We're glad you're using Nalani. These terms govern your use of the app. Please take a quiet moment to read them.
1. What Nalani is
Nalani uses artificial intelligence to create personal affirmation and meditation sessions from your input, as text and as a spoken voice. The app is meant to accompany you in everyday life and give you moments of calm.
2. Important: not therapy, not a medical device
Nalani is not a medical device and does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis or advice. The content is intended solely for relaxation and self-reflection.
If you are in acute distress or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact the TelefonSeelsorge crisis line right away (0800 111 0 111, free of charge, around the clock), your doctor, or in an emergency the emergency number 112 (outside Germany, call your local emergency number). Nalani cannot provide help in a crisis.
3. Account and minimum age
An account is required to use the app. You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your login details secret. Use is permitted from the age of 16.
4. AI-generated content
Sessions are created automatically by AI. Despite careful design, content may in individual cases be unsuitable or incorrect. It does not constitute professional advice. Please do not use the app in situations that require your full attention (e.g. in road traffic).
5. Rights of use
You receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable right to use the app and the content created for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution or commercial exploitation of the generated audio and text content is not permitted.
6. Your content
You are responsible for the content you enter. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service (see the privacy policy).
7. Availability
We strive for reliable availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates or disruptions at third-party providers may temporarily limit the service.
8. Prices and subscriptions
Where features are offered for a fee, purchase and billing are handled through your App Store account (Apple). Prices, term and cancellation are as shown in the store. A right of withdrawal exists in accordance with the App Store terms.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
10. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account yourself in the app (Profile → “Delete account and data”). We may terminate the contractual relationship with reasonable notice or block your account in the event of serious violations of these terms.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms with effect for the future if there is a valid reason (e.g. new features, changes in the law). We will let you know about significant changes in the app.
12. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
